Your booking is a contract that Amarco will honour. Any breach of rules or booking conditions will result in termination of contract and forfeit of fees paid.

A contract will not be entered into with any person under 18 years of age. A responsible adult must accompany such persons.

A Security Bond of $300 will be taken prior to commencement of booking. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure, less any extra costs incurred.

Minimum booking periods apply during holidays. Bookings will lapse if a deposit is not received within 10 days.

Cancellations: Deposits may be refunded (less an Administration Fee of $50) provided at least 30 days notice is given. Where less than 30 days notice is given, deposits (less Administration Fee) may be refunded provided the vacancy can be fully re-booked.

Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short.
